Main applications include:
- Laser cutting beds
- Composite panel core material
- Light weight structures, flooring and doors
Material Specification:
- Aluminium grade 3003
- Thickness 30mm (+/= 0.2mm)
- Unexpanded block size 30mm x 30mm x 1650mm
- Expandable up to approx. 2500mm x 1250mm x 30mm
- Cell size when expanded approx. 19.1mm hexagonally
- Other sizes available upon request
