JB Components Ltd are pleased to announce that it has succeeded in upgrading its ISO 9001:2008 certification to the new International Quality Standard ISO 9001:2015.
We have invested more than a year in preparing for the new transition. This process required a thorough examination of our procedures and processes making sure through internal audits that we are consistent and accurate in our adherence to the quality standards laid out.
The Quality Management Standard (QMS) provides several key benefits for everyone involved. The certification assures that our customers and key stakeholders needs are met. In addition, the QMS helps to identify customer’s needs, improves communication and quickly solving internal and external issues. Other Service Metals branches have incorporated the management system to great effect, which ensure processes are adhered to and targets are met throughout the whole group.
